Additional Congress Support Opportunities Those wishing to donate services will be credited with the monetary value of their donations and will receive supporter benefits. These opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis to prospective supporters who wish to increase their on-site visibility among the delegates. Support of the CME Congress 2004 at the indicated level permits additional opportunities as described below. Additional costs associated with these opportunities are based on an estimated attendance of 350�400 international attendees. With each opportunity, appreciative acknowledgement will be provided in the Congress syllabus and on-site. |
