Customs Brokerage and Transportation for Non-Canadian Companies

If you are sending materials in advance for the exhibit hall please read these instructions carefully as you WILL NEED A CUSTOMS BROKER.
You must have a customs broker when sending materials over the border. Our official customs broker for CME Congress is Livingston Event Logistics International (www.mend.com)*.

STEP #1
Please download and complete the following forms:
a. Livingston's Order Form (here is a sample) (PDF)
b. Canada Customs Invoice (filled in sample) (PDF)

STEP#2
c. fax your two filled out forms to Livingstons fax # (604) 687-1463 to attention Robert Skelly or Mark Fowler as soon as possible (but no later then Tuesday May 20th, 2008).
d. call 1-800-663-0301 and then ask for either Robert Skelly (ext. 2108) or Mark Fowler (ext.4401)

PLEASE FILL OUT AND FAX THESE FROMS NO LATER THEN TUESDAY MAY 20TH, 2008
